For the chicken:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
Salt, to taste
2 Tbsp mayo
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sumac
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Sprinkle of cayenne
20 cranks black pepper
For the yogurt sauce:
2/3 cup non-fat plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 tsp sumac
15 cranks black pepper
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Fresh minced dill
Salt, to taste
For the salad components:
Romaine lettuce, chopped
Cherry tomatoes, sliced
Cucumbers, cubed
Feta cheese
Pickled onions
Pita bread

1. Mix the spices with the mayo marinade. Slather on the exterior of the chicken and grill until done.
2. While the chicken is cooking, prep the yogurt sauce and vegetables.
3. Let the chicken cool and slice. Assemble the salad.
